Special Processes (Outsourced, NADCAP/ Approved Sources):

  • All surface and heat treatments are performed by audited partners holding relevant Certifications / NADCAP approvals
  • LTAs/price contracts in place for capacity, price stability, and lead-time commitments
  • Processes supported: anodizing (Type II/III), passivation, chemical conversion coating, plating (as customer-approved), painting, powder coating, NDT; heat treatment (solution & aging, vacuum HT)
  • Quality package: CoC, NADCAP certificate copy on request, test reports, and full material/lot traceability

Precision Inspection and Quality Testing

We do not just manufacture parts; we check them. All products that we produce are packed tightly after being thoroughly tested using price sensitive apparatus.
