    We have a balance of standard tools and the latest CNC systems, which were chosen carefully and are from high-regarded Japanese, Taiwanese, and Indian manufacturers. This setup allows us to handle a wide range of fabrication, machining, and assembly tasks in a single facility. Our teams and machines are prepared to meet your requirements, whether the work is high-volume production or custom complex work.

Key Machining Capabilities

We have several advanced CNC tools with which we have complete control over the precision, speed, and repeatability of the parts we manufacture. Some of the most powerful machines we have are:

A vertical machining unit equipped with a Mitsubishi controller and a 4th axis for handling complex, multi-sided operations.
What it does: it is best suited to complex shapes and multi-sided machining, particularly in aerospace, defence and custom tooling work.

Reliable and flexible CNC machines are built to meet the needs of various industrial applications.
What it does: The machines can accommodate rough and fine work; thus they are flexible in working with varied materials as well as sizes of parts.

Solid high-performance CNC turning machine that can handle parts with a diameter as big as 480mm, and a length as long as 1000mm.
What it does: Ideal in applications involving shaft-type parts, cylindrical housings, as well as turned products in the car and power sectors.

Supportive Infrastructure

Cutting and shaping is only half the precision manufacturing process, the other parts of the process include finishing and testing. We have invested in an entire ecosystem that will take a part through its lifetime.

We do not just manufacture parts; we check them. All products that we produce are packed tightly after being thoroughly tested using price sensitive apparatus.

Used to check the dimensions of intricate parts with high accuracy.

Precision Gauges & Instruments

To have in-process inspection and final inspection to be able to guarantee that all the client specifications are met by their parts.

In-House Fabrication & Welding Facility

In addition to machining, we also have a specialised sheet metal fabrication facility, i.e.,:

By managing fabrication and welding internally, we reduce delays and maintain better control over quality.
